Returns & Exchanges
At Fauna Rose, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
